Kieran Murphy
Founder & Director
Kieran Murphy ran the equity sales department of BCP Stockbrokers until 2003 before co-founding Ireland's leading stock market training company Invest Like The Best.
Whilst dealing with investors, Kieran realised that many needed assistance in building a UK investment property portfolio. There are many agencies offering UK property at inflated prices and the concept of a Kuvera-type syndicate/membership was born.
After the continued success of the UK operations and due to the opportunities available in India, Kieran subsequently founded Kuvera India. Kieran hosts all the seminars
in relation to India and is a wealth of knowledge on investing in Indian real estate.

Dr Ajit Jha
Director
Dr. Ajit Jha heads up Kuvera India’s operations in India. Dr. Jha brings his immense experience in India to Kuvera India. Having worked at the highest levels for some of India’s largest companies including as a CEO for Essar Group, he has had extensive experience on large real estate projects in India. Dr. Jha is held in great esteem in India and is credited with bringing many practices into India that were previously only the domain of the west, including the whole concept of Risk Management, while working for The Tata Group. Furthermore he comes from a very well respected family in India, his father having been the first governor of Delhi.
Vinay Bansal
Partner in VG Buildtech
Vinay Basal is a partner in VG Buildtech, which has been set up to take advantage of the real estate opportunities currently in Rudrapur, Uttaranchal.Vinay will be in charge of all construction related issues on the ground in India and brings his vast experience to this role.Vinay has successfully completed over 200 projects in India for clients such as Volvo and Sony. At the early age of 24 he was the youngest ever project manager anywhere in the world for Sony when he built a factory for them in India.

Seymour Major was admitted as a Solicitor in England in 1984 and in Northern Ireland in 1996 and he has accumulated a wide range of experience in private and commercial law work.
Seymour provides legal services to Kuvera members from his office in Enniskillen. More recently, he has renewed his Practising Certificate with the Law Society of England which means Seymour Major & Co to provide English legal services to members from both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Seymour Major has Law Society practising certificates and professional indemnity in both Northern Ireland and England.
