Kuvera India will market your property for you, through our own channels and through suitable brokers in India.

2. How will the price be decided?
As it is your property you can decide the asking price. Kuvera however will keep you up to date with current prices in the market. We will also make sure that the best price is negotiated for your property.

3. How much do you charge to sell my property?
We will charge a 2% fee for selling your property. In cases where we use a broker then the entire fee will go to them.

4. When I sell, who will appoint a solicitor for me?
When you sell we will appoint a solicitor for you. You are free to appoint your own solicitor should you wish.
